I doubt that it has BEC cases (may be some not All) .. Mine was a BEC case that got approved but I do not see in the data posted on this website.

All checks cashed June 8th. It was sent to Nebrasks. I hardy just could read the SRC letters in back of my check. Online image in not good. I guess it has gone to Texas sercice center.

I don't think its much different from what is posted. Only one time contributions are being considered for this event.
I have a shared doc with StarSun and all known ones have been accounted for the above total.
Only one month left to achieve our funding goals.
It does look like there are only a few hundred (~200) willing to actively participate for the good of others. About 0.04 % of all EB2, EB3 filers.
One possible strategy.......
Dividing 50,000 into that, it will be great if you hardworking people, fighting for legal immigrants, can touch about $200-400 each,
while the rest watch from the sidelines and cheer for us :), and also debate & analyze spiritedly.....
I'm at $300 now for this event

Listen, everyone is frustrated but to take your lives for a GC is crazy. If you guys are so depressed please seek medical help. If you have kids they will be US citizens they can sponsor you 18 years later so why are you that frustrated. When your wife is on H4 that is the best time to have kids because she is at home and you don't have to pay daycare. It is the woman in H1B that my sympathies are with bc they cannot go part-time or get more that 6 week maternity leave. So please buckle up or seek help, I don’t think your logic makes sense.
I tend to agree that suicidal thoughts borne out of frustration is totally crazy. Look at the Irish. They are illegals, yet they go to capitol Hill and themselves talk to lawmakers. And then probably in the evening, they might have drunk to that. Do you think they think like that...?:
Yes, if suicide is something that crosses your mind due to GC frustration, I think you need to seek professional help from a therapist. Because mental health is of higher priority than immigration status.
Putting off raising a family, having kids etc UNTIL you get GC is also not wise. Do you really want to tie that important decision of life with the process that's decided in the halls of congress?
Another thing...if you are from India and China, then I suggest you do this. Go to Barnes and Noble, and pick up one of the two books (or both).

Thanks for sharing this...But I've not yet applied for my EAD renewal...
My wife got a soft LUD on 8/21. She has PD of Dec 2005 EB2 (I). It looks like some got the soft LUD on their 485 but their EAD was in process and same is the case wiht my wife. She applied for EAD renewal last month.

11th and 12th were added later because by Saturday evening when the core team decided to support this campaign, we weren't entirely sure if delivery on the 10th was still possible.
However, majority of flowers are going to be delivered on the 10th so I wanted to keep the focus on that single date.
If you want to go ahead with co-ordinating the actual sending then please go ahead - I think it will be very helpful.
The emails should be sent from the mediacontact email address (attach the pdf - Subject should be "Press Release" with a two line intro). I can compile the list of emails from some of the postings here in IV. Make sure that you Bcc it.
As for the faxes, they can be sent from the local Staples. However, someone has to get those numbers first. Anyone here who can do that? Does IV have a list of fax numbers (Especially those in Washington DC)?
Also, I think we should include a phone number in the media contact. Someone here who can represent us. Anyone used to handling the media.

It is easier said than done. When you are entering you are at the discretion of IO and you do not know all the laws. In this particular case, the people tried to convince IO that they were planning to let canada PR go once they receive US GC but the IO was determined to revoke their AOS. So there is nothing really you can do at that point in time.
I agree, I can't put everything on stake to get canadian PR which I am not sure if I will use later or not.

IV could not even collect 20K in the Washington DC drive. I hardly saw EB3 folks contributing (based on my observation, I might be wrong so take it easy). If every EB3 person contributes 50USD, it will be enough to run a campaign. Action is the key, not posting in forums. Hope we get out of this EB2 vs EB3 and as focus on visa recapture.
I am EB3 and I contributed to every IV campaign including the last DC advocacy. Just because all IV efforts end up helping only EB2 does not mean EB3 people do not contribute or participate in advocacy efforts. Its just that no one wants to hear about EB3 whether it be USCIS or anyone else. :mad:
