In rare cases RFE has been issued. My doc also wrote that I need to follow-up with my PCP for INH treatment on my medical form. I visited my PCP and they sent me to a Infectious Disease specialist. The ID specialist said that there is no urgency for treatment although it is recommended to have the treatment. But said I can my take my own time to think if I need to go through the treatment.

On the home page I see 3 Flash and 3 SL-based tutorials that were added recently. Sounds really biased to me.
I have no interest in fragmenting the site by covering new topics that are less designer focused and more for developers. If you want to submit a tutorial, make sure it is Flash CS4 or Expression Blend (WPF / SL) related. Otherwise, I will more than likely turn it down.

A bunch of suits on a Saturday afternoon in downtown San Jose will sure look strange. Silicon Valley dress code is not the same as New York, or LA for that matter. Slacks and a shirt (maybe a tie) seem to do it even at venture capitalist meetings with company founders.

I dont know i can try making it "superset" of what my GC Labor is that way it adds to what they have already its a bigger company btw so hassles in these issues are expected but what is the procedure in intimating USCIS many said no it but where does this Employment verification letter come in to picture.
Check with the new company whether they can give an Employment verification letter which matches the roles mentioned in ur labor?
Designation and pay doesnt matter.
What matters is a permanenet job offer letter and duties should match the
labor.

What are you saying? Health Services dismal? I thought it was better than US in many aspects. The cost is cheap for treatment (unless you have some uncommon disease. Since the system is churning up so many doctors, there is a lot of competition. Even in small villages you will find many doctors competing for patients. Maybe that is not true for everywhere, but that is what I have seen in my home state Haryana.
Also the education system may not be perfect, but kids don't have to go to private schools, because public schools have run out of capacity. There are problems like not all-around development, and not all kids doing great in studies. But that is true even in US, unless you are sending your kids to a fine private school (which by the way you can do in India, if you have money). JMHO

For the first time, the US moved to the 6th Spot in the world rankings by the world economic forum (Europe based Institution). The main reason was because of the huge current account deficit and negative savings (mainly federal deficit) which is a threat to the US competitiveness. China moved down due to corruption etc. India moved up but any further movement will depend on structural reforms, especially controlling the huge public service and red-tape and a creaking infrastructure - power, roads, ports, water supply - all of which are run by the government. The health services in large parts of India is dismal and so is the public education system (K-12). With the left firmly controlling the ruling party, deregulation is slow and insipid, and it is the private sector which is basically contributing to the GDP and Competitiveness. This is purley an example of Mailroom confusion.
You may be able to resend it clearly explaining the Mail room error.
It is best to avoid this kind of confusion. This Mail room people are not trained well to calculate or think like you and me are thinking.

Reading all the posts, it appears there is a systemic problem with the Indian IT firms.
As much as I feel sorry for all the employees who are going thru this issue with those IT firms, I also feel some blame has to go to those employees.
PLEASE USE THE LEGAL SYSTEM TO REDRESS YOUR PROBLEMS. Talk to attorneys, take action, Drag them to the court. At least if 1 in 10 goes this route, they will understand that it would not be in their best interest to harass an employee and they may change the policy and start behaving better with the future employees.

I am in great need of some suggestions. I hold a MS degree in computer science and graduate in 2004 dec. Since then I have been with the same employer.
Now that he is filing for my LC. Is it difficult to get through with MS+0yrs of expereince ?
Also, at this point of time i have found other employers who is willing to do my GC in which case I will have MS+2 yrs of expereince.
Is it worth changing employer for gaining 2 yrs of expereince for my LC.
Does this really make my case more stronger ? or I am just OVER REACTING ? and doing unneccessary thing
DOES THE EXPEREINCE with MS makes it better for EB2 ?

I am not a lawyer, just an immigrant who waded thru these, stil pending GC 485 filed. The issue is, if your employer revokes your 140 before it is approved, or worse yet, if it is not filed, I dont know what visa u r on or how much is left on it. In any case, from my experience, you have to be able to know and track ur application once it is filed, as in my experience there is an unholy nexus betwween employers and lawyers, not to mention the inherent delaying nature of these immigration lawyers. Points
1. Be able to track ur application on USCIS website with the receipt number
2. Do sweettalking with the employer till the 140 is filed and approved, then it is safest to stay for 6 months with your employer, then he can do diddly squat to you if u r able to file 485 and get an EAD. I take it that you are not affected by retrogression.

you are right we may sue congress but to win that is much much tough as even the judge is been appointed by the president which i guess is a member of congress :) but one can certainly try.

I can provide you part answer to your question regarding address change.
Address change (AR-11) form can be filed electronically online. If you file electronically, the address change is effected with in a week's time in all records maximum and you can see soft LUD in all your records, if you have an online account with USCIS.
If you choose to send paper based address change, the change is effected with in 3 months.

No, not at all.. It is just a safety net, which one can use if they switch to EAD i.e. use AC21.
