Don't worry, his viewership is something like 200k. considering 300 million population of the US, just think what %age of people watch him? i don't think his constant whining makes a diff. Americans are smart enough that these so called news anchors are nothing more than sales/marketing guys employed indrectly by the political parties.
People like Sean Hannity, rush linbaugh constantly bashed Obama (they still do), but how much diff does it make to the american people?
another comparison: people like Dobb and Hanitty make $8-10 million a year, whereas Howard Stern makes $100 million a year. If people took these jokers seriously they would worth much more.

Can we go in person, I thought they would encourage only in case of emergency. Any one know that if we can go to the consulate and get the passport renewed quickly for sure.

I am not sure, if you can go in person to houston, mine was sent to washington dc and I got it in 10 days. I had tough time for a different case.
Try to avoid Houston, you will not get any response or anyhelp, I guess they are sleeping for ever.

If this 655K number of AOS is true, then the number of pending EB AOS is NOT big.
The total number of pending AOS in June, right before the July VB fiasco, is 597K.
Because DOS controls FB cut off date pretty well, we don�t expect receiving spike and approving spike for FB cases in July VB fiasco. In another word, the number of FB received cases and the number of FB approved cases
should be about same.
EB pending cases in September only grows (655K-597K= 58K) compared with the number in June.
This 58K cases probably are evenly distributed from 2001 to 2007, roughly10K
every year.
So, we should see big jump in EB Visa bulletin, since there are no BEC, 245i excuses any more and all the cases are in the hand of USCIS.
per USCIS released information approx 655K AOS pending application as of end of Sept 2007.
It's also has 281K EAD & 188K AP pending applications.
So long way to go for GC journey...

My EAD and AP application was received June 19, 2009 at TSC. To my pleasant shocking & surprise USCIS approved mine and wife's application in 20 days and we received the card today.
We are happy with the speed and efficiency USCIS and wish they could do everything the same way. we received two year EAD but concerned as receiving a two year EAD indicates that it may take a while to get my PD (Dec 2005).

I think this is like saying.....My friends drove on I-101 at 80 MPH and they never get Ticket. Ahhha....Immigration is like game and we never know when you get trapped.
Take advise of your Attorney, still you need to work on your own to get exact information....and correct way of doing.
I think person shouldn't leave country after applying AP and come back with AP which got approved while abroad.
Yes they can if they have VALID H1/H4 Visa stamping.

I had to leave the country on work and was outside for close to 4 months. When I left, I had an approved AP1 in hand, and had applied for AP2. AP2 was approved while I was outside the country. I returned on AP2 with no problems.

Thanks again. What threw me was that even though the detail was blown there was lots of colour. It is not like when it gets blown to white by direct sunlight.
